The TB immersion circulator is used for precise temperature control and offers high reliability under rough circumstances. The TB is made of stainless steel and is an excellent solution to control the temperature in a custom made bath. The Tamson Bracket (TB) is based on the TTU and equipped with a bridge to easily mount the unit on a custom-made bath or tank.
The pump offers excellent temperature uniformity and offers the possibility to circulate the bath fluid to an external application. The pump pressure is 300 mBar and the maximum flor is 7.5 litres per minute. The system can offer an extremely stable working temperature of ± 0.03°C. The exact temperature stability that can be achieved depends on the bath that is used. The set point temperature can be set in steps of 0.1°C. The temperature is displayed in 0.1°C. The TB can optionally be equipped with RS232 communication.
The TB can be operated from ambient up to 200°C (41°F..392°F). Due to the “self-heating” of the stirring mechanism, the minimum temperature lies approximately 5°C above the ambient temperature.
The TB immersion circulator conforms to CE regulation and is equipped with a mechanical resettable safety thermostat and a float to ensure a correct level of the bath fluid.
